Workflow automation
The parts of your week that are just steps, repeated.
What this looks like
Most businesses run on chains of small manual steps: a form comes in, someone copies it into a spreadsheet, someone else creates a record, someone drafts a reply, someone updates a status. None of it is hard. All of it is exactly the kind of work a workflow can do without a person watching. We map the chain as it actually happens today, not as it's supposed to happen, then build the automation around that.
Built on what you already use
We work in n8n, Make or Zapier depending on what fits — or skip the platform layer entirely and talk straight to an API when that's simpler and cheaper to run. We don't push a migration to a new tool just because it's the one we prefer. The goal is one less thing running in your business, not a new subscription to manage.
What you get
A documented flow that runs in your own accounts, with monitoring so a failure reaches us — and you, if you want — before it reaches a customer. Nothing is left as a black box only we understand.
Good fit if you're
- Founders manually bridging two or more tools every day
- Ops teams repeating the same multi-step task on a schedule
- Anyone who's outgrown copy-paste between a form, a spreadsheet and an inbox
