Who we are

Cove Automations is an independent automation studio based in South Africa, working with founders and small teams internationally. These terms cover use of this website; project work is governed by the written scope and quote we agree with you before anything is built.

Scope and pricing

Every engagement starts with a written scope: what will be automated, what stays human, what is explicitly out of scope, and a fixed price for that work. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are built. We do not require long-term retainers.

What you own

On final payment, the automations, configurations and any custom code we build for you are yours. They live in your accounts. We keep the right to reuse general techniques and non-client-specific components in other work.

What we need from you

• Timely access to the tools a build depends on
• A named person who can answer questions and approve decisions
• Accurate information about how the process actually works today

Limits

Automations depend on third-party platforms we do not control. We build defensively and monitor what we ship, but we are not liable for outages, pricing changes or API changes made by those providers. Our liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
